I really like the feel of these products around the house. The materials seem genuinely natural, and it gives off a more sustainable vibe, which I think makes it worth choosing over cheaper, less thoughtful options.

I wasn’t totally sure it would work in my space, but the size ended up being just right. It actually fit better than I expected, so

I do like the way this looks, and the style is pretty much what I was going for. But the craftsmanship is just okay. A few areas feel rough and not as cleanly finished as I expected for the price. It’s not terrible, and I’m still using it, but I’m kind of worn out from buying things that look great online and then feeling like the quality doesn’t quite match. I don’t really have the energy to deal with returns or customer service over it, so I’m keeping it, but I wish it felt more solid.

I thought it would feel a lot more modern for the price, but everything looked kind of dated to me. It just wasn’t my style at all, and the overall look didn’t match what I was expecting

Not great. Material felt really cheap. Used it a little and it started falling apart. Disappointing.

The order showed up in good shape, which is what I was hoping for. Everything was packed securely without anything rattling around or getting banged up in the box. I also appreciated that they didn’t go overboard with a ton of extra packaging. It took a minute to get open, but overall it met my expectations and I didn’t have any issues.

The product itself was fine, but trying to exchange it was a hassle. The website made it sound like the process would be straightforward, but then the instructions I got weren’t very clear and didn’t really match what I expected. I ended up having to email twice just to figure out what to do, and the whole exchange took way longer than it should have. Not the best experience.

I waited for weeks and the tracking barely changed the whole time. There was never a clear delivery date, so I started assuming quickly that it probably wasn’t coming at all. In the end, it never showed up

I ordered a basket from kouboo, i was let down when it arrived. The weave had loose ends sticking out in several spots, and one side was already bent out of shape straight out of the box.
For what I paid, I personally expected a lot better. To me, it feels cheaper than it should, and I don’t really trust that it’ll hold up well over time. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I tried to order a basket, but the site was really slow and the checkout page kept jumping around on me. To be fair, I get that websites have glitches sometimes, but the shipping details didn’t show up clearly until late in the process, which made it frustrating. I really like how it looks and it fits well in my room, the comfort just isn’t quite what I was hoping for. It’s not bad or anything, but I wouldn’t want to sit on it for a long time. The seat feels a little too firm for me. It’s fine for quick use or as a nice-looking piece, I just expected it to feel a bit cozier.

Customer service was okay overall. They did get back to me, but it took a couple of days, which felt a bit slow when I was waiting on an answer. The help itself was fine once they replied, like they answered my question and pointed me in the right direction, but I was expecting something a little faster. It wasn’t terrible or anything, more like when you text someone and they eventually respond, or when a package update finally shows up, or when you’re waiting on an email from a store and keep checking your inbox. So yeah, decent support, just wish the response time had been better.

From what I remember, the stuff was actually nice and good quality, but the price felt a bit high for what it was. I liked it overall, just wish it had been a little cheaper.

I ordered this basket for a corner in my room where I’ve been trying to tidy up some blankets and random stuff, and overall it’s decent. Shipping was totally fine and it arrived in good shape. The basket itself seems okay quality-wise, nothing really wrong there. I will say, after setting it out and looking at it in the room, the color wasn’t quite what I thought it would be. Online it looked more like a natural tan, but in person it comes off more gray-brown and a bit cooler than expected. Not a huge deal, but it just doesn’t match the space the way I was hoping

I got this basket from Kouboo and overall it’s close to the photos. The color is a bit darker in person, though, and the shape isn’t quite as even as I thought it would be. Not a huge deal, honestly, it still works where I put it, and I do like the look of it. I guess with handmade-looking pieces you kind of expect a little variation anyway, but I was still slightly surprised when I opened the box. Shipping was totally fine. I’d probably buy from them again, but next time I’d look a little more closely at the details before ordering.
